Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Scrapfast. By signing up you agree to them. This is a working draft — final wording will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

1. Account

You must be 18+. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

3. Data we collect from you

4. Data we provide

Scrapfast indexes public business data from Google Maps. You agree to use it only in compliance with applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, anti-spam regulations).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell raw exports, send unlawful communications, or use the service to harass individuals.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may delete your account anytime; data retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply thereafter.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
