No. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Access is kept until the end of the paid period.
How does the 7-day trial work? +
You get 100 free credits for 7 days. No credit card required to start. If you upgrade during the trial, the trial ends immediately and your monthly credits kick in (pro-rated).
Can I upgrade or downgrade later? +
Yes — instant upgrade with pro-rated billing. Downgrade applies at the next renewal.
Credits & exports
What is one credit? +
One credit equals one place included in an export. Searches are free and unlimited.
Why are repeat exports free? +
A place that you have already exported within the last 30 days is included again at no charge. Useful when you re-run the same query.
What format are exports? +
CSV files (plain UTF-8, RFC 4180). XLSX is on the roadmap.
How long are exports kept? +
Files are stored for 30 days. After that, you can regenerate the same query — already-charged places stay free thanks to the 30-day dedup.
Data & coverage
Where does the data come from? +
Public Google Maps listings. We extract what is shown on the map: name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews count, and category.
How fresh is the data? +
Each (category × city) combo is re-scraped after 7 days. The first time you query a new combo, expect ~5–30 seconds while we fetch it. After that, results are instant.
Which countries are supported? +
All 195 Google Maps territories. The plan determines whether you can search at city, county, region, or full-country granularity.
Compliance
Is this GDPR-compliant? +
Yes. We process only public business data — no personal information beyond what already appears publicly on Google Maps.
Can I cold email the contacts? +
Cold B2B email is generally allowed when the message is relevant to the recipient's professional activity (LCEN art. L34-5 in France). Always include an opt-out link.
