Name and avatar (if you sign in with Google)
IP address and user agent (security log only)
Stripe customer ID (for billing)

What we collect from third parties

We index public business data from Google Maps to serve your search and export requests. This data is about businesses, not natural persons, and remains under our control on EU servers.

How we use your data

Operate the account, sessions and exports
Process payments via Stripe
Send transactional email (welcome, export ready, billing)
Detect and prevent abuse

Sub-processors

Stripe — payments
Resend — transactional email
Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection
Hetzner — server hosting (Germany / Finland)

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export and delete your data at any time. Email [email protected].

Retention

Account data is kept until you close your account, then purged within 60 days. Billing records are kept 10 years for accounting purposes (legal requirement).
